The iTRAK™ vehicle tracking system leverages advanced wireless technology, modern packet data networks and the Internet to bring GPS satellite-based vehicle tracking to a new level of economy and simplicity. The iTRAK Automatic Vehicle Location products utilize a comprehensive web-based fleet management and location service called iTRAK Fleet Manager™ (iFM). With iFM, subscribers can track their mobile resources in real time via a standard web browser. iFM allows you to see the location of each iTRAK™ equipped vehicle in your fleet displayed on a digital map, using your existing PC and Internet browser. It also provides you with detailed text and map based reports on each vehicle's location, speed and stops, and can also send out e-mail alerts when important assets are moved without your knowledge. iFM is easy to use, highly secure and features an open interface, making it possible for other applications to use the position information.

There are three primary configurations of the iTRAK® series available:

iTRAKjava is a software application that is loaded onto Motorola GPS and java capable cellular telephones sold by Nextel, Telus or Southern Linc.  iTRAKjava brings GPS tracking into the mainstream with an exceptionally low capital investment and a very reasonable monthly mapping fee. iTRAKjava users are able to enjoy the powerful feature set of iTRAK Fleet Manager™, an easy to use, web-based tracking application.

iTRAKpro Self Contained Installation

iTRAKpro is a GPS tracking solution that is permanently installed into the vehicles in commercial fleets, eliminating the need for any driver intervention. In addition to real-time tracking, the unit has the ability to monitor and control inputs or outputs in the vehicle, such as driver emergency, remote vehicle kill, PTO monitoring, etc. The iTRAKpro is compatible with all popular cellular data protocols and available on most North American cellular networks.

With the iTRAK product of choice in place in your vehicle or with your employee, you then subscribe to the iTRAK Fleet Manager™ (iFM) GPS tracking service, which is accessed from your office or home via the internet. There is no software to install or maintain. Simply log into your account with a password to view the location of your vehicle fleet on a real-time basis, check on their current status or view their previous activities. iFM can even alert your wireless device or office via email when a vehicle crosses a defined boundary!
