iTRAK Fleet Manager™ (iFM) is a comprehensive web-based fleet manager and location solution. With iFM, subscribers can track their mobile resources in real time, any time of day or night, via the standard web browser that comes with their PC or Mac. iFM allows you to see the location of each iTRAK equipped vehicle in your fleet displayed on a digital map, using your existing computer equipment. This allows for an incredibly cost-effective solution that will yield overnight increases in productivity.

	Advanced Java-powered browser to support high-level user experience and operability from Windows or Macs with Internet access
	Use from multiple workstations; no installation of software required
	Secure Access - each user has their own Company name, User name and Password
	Microsoft MapPoint.NET maps included for North America, updated quarterly at no cost to customer
	View breadcrumb trails, fleet-wide or individual, real-time or historically
	On-screen or printed reports (Detailed, Summary, Stops, Mileage, etc.)
	Excessive stops or engine idling indication by blinking icons and email alerts
	Email alerts for any status input change, such as PTO on, engine on, door open, or driver emergency
	Live spreadsheet view indicates current vehicle speed and heading or stop duration, with current address and vehicle status

		Activity – Daily Summary of vehicle activity (time sheet report for your vehicle)
		Overspeed – Runs a report based on an entered overspeed value
		Landmarks – reports based only on customer’s landmarks
		State/Province Mileage reports - Vehicle mileage broken doen by US/Mexican States and Canadian Provinces
	Locate a position from within a report on the map (right click on the position in the report)
	New Fleet Status Summary (FSS) – a report listing by line item of the last known time, date, speed and location of each vehicle in the fleet
	Ability to highlight positions out of coverage on the map
	Hot key for map zooming, the minus key [-] to zoom out and the plus key [+] to zoom in
	Flashing icons for units that have been idle for a specified time period
	Send email alerts for vehicles that are speeding and/or idle for a specified time period
	Historical and Real-Time operational modes. Two modes of operation established to better manage vehicle reports and real-time operation. iTRAK Fleet Manager will either operate in Historical mode (running reports) or Real-Time mode (real-time data updated on maps and an active FSS).
