Vehicle tracking has never been easier. With our web-based iTRAK (iFM) fleet tracking system, there is no software to purchase, install or maintain. No maps to license, install or update. Access the real-time location, speed, heading and status of your vehicles from any Internet-connected PC, anywhere. Receive live email alerts when your vehicles are speeding, idling for extended periods or being driven outside of boundaries you have established. iFM is different from most other web-based tracking systems, in that it uses a java powered web browser. This means it will run on virtually any PC, including Apple. It also means that although you are watching your vehicle fleet over the internet, you experience the rich graphics and functionality of a locally installed program without the need to purchase or install one. As new features are added to the system, they are made available to all iFM users, most often at no extra cost. This means that your experience and the value you receive will improve over time, without additional investment.

Our web-based GPS tracking system (iFM) can be used to track any combination of GPS capable cellular phones or fixed-in-vehicle (installed) GPS devices. For simplicity, we refer to GPS capable cellular phones as Personal Tracking Devices and to fixed-in-vehicle devices as Commercial Vehicle Tracking Devices:

iTRAKjava™ is a software application that is loaded onto GPS capable cellular telephones. iTRAKjava brings GPS tracking into the mainstream with an exceptionally low capital investment and a very reasonable monthly mapping fee. iTRAKjava users are able to enjoy the powerful feature set of iFM, an easy to use, web-based tracking application.

iTRAKpro™ is a commercial GPS tracking solution that is permanently installed into the vehicles in commercial fleets, eliminating the need for any driver intervention. In addition to complete real-time tracking, an installed unit has the ability to monitor inputs in the vehicle, such as engine on, driver emergency, PTO monitoring, etc.

iFM uses Microsoft.NET maps which are known for their accuracy, attractiveness and fast rendering speed. These maps cover all of North America to street level and they are the only internet-based maps that are updated quarterly.
A wide range of powerful, yet easy-to-use features are included as standard on the iFM system. Choose a unique icon style and color for each of your vehicles. Watch fleet-wide or individual vehicle breadcrumb trails build on the map on a real-time or historical basis. Receive screen pop-up and email alerts when vehicles are speeding, idling excessively or venturing outside or inside of boundaries you've specified.
iFM is a complete fleet management system that stores all of your GPS information for a minimum of 60 days. During that time, position data can be downloaded by individual vehicle or fleet for review of the vehicles movement. The system includes 7 different reports which may be viewed on-screen, printed or saved directly into Microsoft Excel format. When viewing a report on-screen, right clicking on any line in any report will display that incident on the map. The available reports include mileage by state/province, speeding with definable speed limit, stops, summary, activity, landmark and detailed reports.
For commercial fleet tracking, the iTRAKpro) installed GPS device allows specific inputs on the vehicle to be monitored, such as engine on, driver emergency footswitch, PTO on, door open, etc. These inputs can also utilize iFM's Alert Server interface to send out electronic messages whenever an IO event (such as an emergency button being activated) is detected while the system is in wireless-coverage.
The iFM system supports an open interface for mapping and geocoding, as well as an open interface for device-location format. The system also supports an open API which can be utilized by third party software providers to add tracking functionality to their vertical market applications.
