A whole new level of service is offered by capturing the customer's signature for the ultimate proof of delivery and/or proof of service. This optional feature reduces paperwork for the mobile users, dispatchers and office administrators while improving the billing cycle. The signature is captured and stored in the CommVision™ where it is either compressed and transmitted wirelessly to the host for processing or downloaded at the office via RS-232 port.
The PowerLink programming tool is the ultimate in simplicity and flexibility. It allows you to create your own applications, forms and menus in hours - instead of days or weeks. PowerLink also provides a convenient "template" form which can be easily modified to meet your organization's needs. Once the forms are complete, they can be downloaded in seconds to the CommVision(s) via RS-232 port.
Reading messages can create a safety hazard for the driver. To prevent this read and drive syndrome, the CommVision™is equipped with optional human voice text-to-speech.

The unit's integrated bar code system makes it ideal for courier, delivery, field service and trucking dispatch applications.
The on-line voice tutorial guides the user through CommVision functions.
Announcing events such as new mail, new job, low battery and preset sentences such as "call the office" simplify operation, reduce air-time costs and increase safety.
Up to 12 hours depending on the specific communication profile.
In case the battery runs out during operations, an optional, an easy-to-replace, spare plug-in battery is available, just like a cellular phone.
Preset messages sent both ways in less than two bytes save on your monthly air-time costs.
The CommVision provides this necessary feature. Without it, it is extremely difficult to read or reply to messages in poor lighting conditions.

Once the duration is set, this feature automatically turns on the backlight as each new message is received.
Helps keep users organized by automatically separating incoming dispatch jobs from incoming e-mail messages.
Four hot keys have been provided to help users conveniently roam from screen to screen with the push of one button.
PowerLink provides easy and cost effective creation of applications and forms the way you need.
Save costs on network usage with unique data compression techniques.
Any e-mail is displayed and played back, providing driving safety, a unique optional feature.
