Fleet.NET™ is a full commercial GPS tracking system designed to work with any combination of compatible portable and installed GPS devices. It is available in both a hosted Desktop version and an Enterprise version. Fleet.NET™ uses the latest microsoft .NET and SQL technology for reliable, user-friendly operation. The system offers a wealth of useful real-time vehicle tracking features and includes a full compliment of historical playback and detailed reports.
The Fleet.NET™ Desktop client program is installed, along with Microsoft MapPoint mapping software on each PC that you wish to track your vehicles from. The Fleet.NET™ Desktop client program automatically establishes a connection to the Fleet.NET™ Server, where it receives live updates on all of your fleet activities and movements. If you are using the Desktop version, (which is billed monthly as a service) then the Fleet.NET™ Server resides in our facility, acting as the central database for the system. If you purchase the Enterprise version, (sold outright) then the Fleet.NET™ Server would reside in your facility on a dedicated server. GPS data from your vehicles is sent over a wireless network (cellular data network) to the central server, where the information is stored in the database automatically. The client application is updated automatically as new vehicle data arrives in real-time. It takes only a few moments to install the Desktop application and our support department will set the system up on your PC's at no extra cost.
Fleet.NET™ will work with any combination of our compatible portable or installed units, as well as our trailer & asset tracking units.
Fleet.NET™ uses Microsoft MapPoint maps, which cover all of North America. The wireless coverage would depend on the coverge of the wireless carrier you choose, however the vast majority of populated areas in North America are well covered. First, there is a minimum quantity of 2 installed units or 5 cellular phones that must be activated in order to set up an account. There is no contract minimum term required, so you can cancel with 30 days notice if you no longer require the system. Billing occurs monthly in advance. High speed internet (cable or DS) is required at each computer you wish to access the mapping from. Each computer must be a minimum Pentium III 500Mhz processor with 1GB of memory and a 17 inch monitor is recommended with an 8MB or higher video card.

For installed GPS tracking devices, Future Quest will bill you monthly in advance for each vehicle. This fee will include both the tracking service and the wireless data service. Our most popular plan for vehicle tracking includes 6,500 position reports per vehicle, per month for one low rate. This works out to over 200 position reports per day, which is sufficient for most of our customers. For tracking cellular phones with PhoneLink, your wireless carrier will bill you for the wireless data service. In the US, this typically costs $13.00 per month. In Canada, this typically costs $20.00. Future Quest will bill your credit card at the beginning of each month for the tracking service.

b. Our website will automatically email the quote to you at the email address you specify. In the quote, there will be a Buy Now link that will take you to our on-line order page, where you can purchase the system by credit card.
c. If you prefer to pay by cheque, you may sign the quote and fax it to us at 250-769-4251. Then, mail a cheque to our office.
d. Once we receive payment, we will process the order immediately. Installed units are normally shipped from inventory in 2 business days, so you should receive the shipment within 1 week to 10 days. If you are ordering cell phone tracking, please allow 2 days for system setup.
