DDS (Digital Dispatch Systems) Cashiering Interface

Future Quest Wireless is pleased to announce the release of TranWare Cashiering Enterprise with automatic DDS dispatch system integration. Transportation companies that are using TaxiTrack™ or Pathfinder™ dispatch solutions from DDS (Digital Dispatch Systems) can now dramatically simplify their driver cashiering processes using TranWare Enterprise. Thanks to the recent release of the electronic interface from DDS, TranWare Cashiering Enterprise is able to electronically pull all account voucher and credit card transactions from the customer's DDS system directly into their Tranware Cashiering System. TranWare significantly accelerates the process of driver redemption and if purchased with the optional TranWare Account Billing module, greatly streamlines billing and accounts receivable processing. In addition, drivers over their credit limit can be automatically disabled in the DDS dispatch system and re-enabled when their balances are paid down.
Considered the leading cashiering system available on the market, TranWare Enterprise Cashiering has been used by DDS system operators for many years. However, the release of the electronic interface eliminates the need for manual voucher entry, significantly extending the value that TranWare provides to DDS system users. TranWare Cashiering completely manages all driver financial transactions, including all types of driver vehicle leases, dispatch fees, wages, credit card and account voucher disbursements, driver commissions, shift fees, fuel charges, driver loans, etc.
TranWare Cashiering automatically separates credit card and voucher trips to accurately track individual driver cash flow, maintaining a complete set of accounting records per driver. Cashiering a driver pops up all completed voucher and credit card trips, separated by charge type. The driver's trips can then be sorted in the TranWare system by DDS Job Number, Account Number, Date, Driver Number or Vehicle number, making redemption a quick and simple process.
The optional TranWare Account Billing module allows further utility for DDS customers by providing a means to generate customer invoices directly from the vouchers imported through the cashiering interface. The system completely simplifies the billing process and eliminates the need for any post processing or duplicate entry. A complete range of accounting functions are included such as account receivable aging, account statements, batch invoicing, Quickbooks integration, etc.
